We absolutely loved our time here. The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and in the perfect location, right next to Via Tornabuoni, so you can walk everywhere. It really felt like home from the moment we arrived. The host was amazing, great communication, very friendly, and always quick to help with anything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Florence!

perfect location to explore Florence.
The host was in touch via WhatsApp which was brilliant and Joan stayed in touch with me throughout the day. She was there about 2 mins after we got to the property and let us in. She told us about all the different places to eat which was so helpful.
no elevator. not suitable for elderly, people with pushchairs or any disability. we were on the 4th floor and going up and down the stairs was not easy. The shower in the en-suite was completely blocked so we could only use one shower. As the trip was only 2 nights it didn’t bother me too much.

This is a beautiful old apartment in a really great neighborhood that’s easily accessible to just about everything that you’d like to do in central Florence
There were two things that we had an issue with, but they really won’t be as big of a deal to some people. The first issue is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th for us Americans) and there is no lift. It was a good workout for some of us, but it was a real challenge to the senior members of our party. The second issue was in relation to the bed arrangements and this is more a limitation on the apartment layout. For any couples that want to share a bed, it was in the loft bedroom, which was nice, but another flight up. The other bedrooms were a single and another room with a pair of singles with one, once again, in a loft space.

The greeter was very nice and helped us with our luggage and the location was convenient to main attractions.
The living room furnishings were very old and smelled bad, we didn't want to sit on the couch or chair in the living area and there were some old sofa cushions sitting on the hearth. A smart TV would have been nice so we could have watched Netflix, no TV in the bedrooms either. Long walk up the 3 steep flights of stairs.
