A szállás fantasztikus helyen van, ami az októberi utószezonban verhetetlen. Nyáron a bárok, szórakozóhelyek közelsége miatt nagyon hangos, de aki ezért jön, annak ez a szállás minden szempontból tökéletes. Az apartman puritán, a bútorok régiek, kopottak, de kényelmes, a konyha viszont gyengén van felszerelve. Ár/érték szempontjából annyira jó, hogy biztosan máskor is meg fogok itt szállni.
A konyhai eszközök szegényesek, és nekem személy szerint a higiénia is hagy kérdéseket, mert tömény hipóval mosnak fel, amitől az egész épület nagyon büdös.
Minden nap van takarítás, és a hölgy rendkívül kedves volt.
A szoba hiába nem dohányzó, a folyosókon és a kertben/teraszokon is dohányoznak, a füst dől be a szobákba.

Great location, very close to the beach and the bus stop in Faliraki central square.
The studio comes with a small kitchen corner but the cooking facilities and utensils were extremely limited so it would have been very difficult to prepare food. Obviously in October the nights are cooler and there were no blankets so we had to sleep in our clothes. We did contact the owner, who did respond promptly but there were no blankets in the cupboard that he told us to look in.

No mosquito net (there were a lot of mosquitoes)
The cleaning ladies are talking loudly and will wake you up every morning at 8am. Pro tip: we got out and told them ‘kalimera’ and they left the building.
Cleaning lady just sweeps the bathroom and room floor. Changes trash bags and makes the bed. I think our sheets were changed twice for a 8 day stay.
Soundproofing is bad. You hear everything in the hallway.
The kitchen is outdated. Missing a sponge and dish soup, the dishes felt dirty to use.
The shower has poor draining and water goes everywhere. The glass separating the sink and the shower has a gap at the bottom and the water leaks everywhere. You can see the glass hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
Locking/unlocking the front door was kinda hard, has those old school keys. Only locks once.
TV doesn’t have HDMI.
Outlets are in weird places and not one is near the bed.
