This is such a lovely place and the owners are very friendly people. It feels like a family business so that to me makes it more valuable. I was solo travelling and I got everything I could need in the room, it was comfortable and clean. And I even got a cute balcony to chill. To me the best thing was the location because I was close to the beach and the street with a lot of restaurants and bars (they even got a lovely bar downstairs) but it was surprisingly quite and relaxing.
The room only had one light plug and it wasn’t near to the bed. But just a small detail and the overall experience was great.

Die Lage ist super, am Beginn der Stadt und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Restaurant unten ist hervorragend und man bekommt als Gast 10% Rabatt. Die Vermieterin empfahl uns die Autovermietung Efrem genau gegenüber, die super günstig und unkompliziert war!
Abends ist von irgendwo aus dem Umkreis recht laut, aber spätestens um Mitternacht ist alles ruhig und wir konnten auch vorher schon gut schlafen.

Die Inhaberin Maria war sofort bei der Schlüsselübergabe da und hat mir mit allen Informationen sehr geholfen. Maria ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kundenfreundlich, auf alle meine Fragen hat sie verständnisvoll und entgegenkommend geantwortet, danke Maria!

The toilet and the shower was relatively clean, the beds were comfortable. There were free sun umbrellas to use. The towels and linen were good quality. The cooking equipment was a bit outdated and overused. The owners are really nice.
When we arrived the floor was dirty, there were lots of dirt and some hair, but when they came to clean during the day it was fine so probably that was just a one time thing. The apartment 1 was extremely loud when there was live music downstairs. Like unbearably loud. Fortunately it only lasted until midnight but I don't understand the other reviews which say it's not that loud. We couldn't sleep until the live music ended. On other nights when there was no live music, only "regular", it really wasn't that bad in comparison. But if you value a quiet night, look for another place. When we complained to the owners, the music was a bit quieter the next night which was just enough so we could get some sleep.
Also the terrace is really nice but the floor there was really dirty.
