Good location, quiet surroundings.
The beds are very large and comfortable, the rooms are nice and big.
Washing machine was super handy for having little children.
Nice little pool, it gets the sun on two thirds of it, around midday. We went in October and it was a little chilly but brilliant when the sun was out (and laying on an inflatable!)
The living room / kitchen was a bit stark and cold. Needs some nice comfortable furniture, the sofa was not nice to sit on.
We haven't received our security deposit back (after 4 days of leaving - we left the property in a very clean condition). There has been no correspondence regarding the deposit return.
The lighting at night sometimes came on and sometimes didn't. We relied on our torches. But it meant we couldn't sit outside and play cards / have a drink in the evenings once the sun had gone down.
The pool didn't have any lights, or waterfall like the images. We were told there was a problem with the electrics.

Great location, only a short walk from the beach and city centre. Spacious outside area. Bathroom/shower worked well. No problem for the hosts that we stayed five people there, of no extra cost. Our second stay at Villa Ariadni.
Flat consist of only one room and bathroom. Air conditioned, but quite hot in the sleeping area close to the roof. Kitchen lacked a few important items.
