About this house rental
Charming vacation home in the wooded hills in the heart of Tuscany, 4.5 km approx from the small town of Corella (grocery store). The cottage is ideal for a relaxing vacation in the countryside in an area of tourist, art historical and gastronomic interest, and the location of the house is ideal for visiting the fascinating art city of Florence with its countless sights, art treasures and monuments. In the spacious equipped garden with pool, outdoor shower, barbecue, wood-burning stove and night lighting, you can relax and unwind after an interesting day trip. In two rooms adjacent to the house occasionally lives the janitor. Dicomano (stores of all kinds) is 12 km away, the nearest riding stable 15 km, Florence 45 km, the wonderful city of Lucca 120 km and the beaches of Versilia 145 km. Arrivals and departures outside the scheduled time must be agreed with the landlord at least two weeks before departure.

It is a very nice villa with a lovely swimming pool. You need a good car to drive the road up to the villa. In the evening it gets a little bit cooler because you're a but higher in the hills. This is a great advantage.

Beautiful place, beautiful house but needed a proper cleaning prior to arrival. Fridge, freezer and microwave weren’t clean, nor were the Dishes in cupboards most of them was dirty, lots of spider webs everywhere. We ware disappointed that the lady from agency said that this a cottage house and this is normal to be in this state. No it isn’t normal everything should be vacuumed properly, and dishes should be cleaned. Leaking shower, Old and broken plastic garden furniture. We feared using the garden furniture as it was.
After we reported it we were waiting few days for somebody to clean it but it never happened. On the last day, the lady offered us 20 euro discount on cleaning. That’s the shame.
This property would have been amazing, if it was cleaned properly, and furniture that was not broken so badly that it was dangerous to sit in on.
