The old original house built in 1880 has been converted and completely modernized into a 95 sqm apartment on three levels.
The apartment is composited by: Two bedroom each with two single beds, one bedroom with double bed, one living room with double sofa bed, one kitchen and one bathroom with shower.
It has a 35 sqm outside private dining area with pergola, table and chairs and wonderful views of the surrounding natural beauty.
It is well equipped for the cold winter heating with a central wood heating system and underfloor heating. The glass fronted fireplace allows you to watch the fire.
Hot water is provided by solar thermal system and electricity by solar photo voltaic system.
A washing machine is avaiable in the bathroom.

Mauro and his family and crew took such great care of us! The location is a little remote but you have everything you need and the house and property are beautiful. Great beds and the food at the restaurant on site is the best we had in Italy.

Great fun , warm welcome , extremely friendly and thoughtful team. Beautiful surroundings. Met some lovely people. Trains to Venice, Florence ... easy. A very special week.
