Room was lovely and enjoyed having a relaxing bath. Toiletries and mini bar was a very nice touch. Breakfast was delicious
Restaurant was closed on Monday, went during late 'off-peak' season.

the Charm and history - the comfort and the friendliness of everyone there especially Nicholas. Highly recommend - like being invited for a country house weekend.
We were only sorry not to enjoy the dinner as the restaurant was full - clearly the locals know a good thing - hopefully next time.

Beautiful building set in lovely grounds. Public rooms were well furnished.
Bedrooms were very dated with unfortunate chipped thick red woodwork. Bathroom disappointing dated, black stains on bath mastic with infilled jokes in tiles where items had been removed.
