    Fantastic sea front location 5 minutes from ferry port and short walk to lots of restaurants. Lovely room. Poor experience of check in. Room was not ready and after them telling us it still wasn’t ready 3 times they put us in a different room. No meals available in the restaurant despite menu online. No tea/coffee facilities in room. No free on street parking which is understandable given the location but thought 20 euros for 1 nights parking in hotel underground car park was an absolute ripoff

    Staff were welcoming and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and would recommend to have 3xtra pillows and cups and cattle in rooms .

    Pros: The property is very close to the sea and good restaurants as well. You can explore a lot of things around Cons: Front desk staffs are not knowledgable enough and trained well. List of incidents: 1. After i booked i requested for a parking like 1-2 days in advance, they confirmed it with me, but on our arrival date, i received a message that they cannot provide me one. So we spent 30-40mins to look around where to park. We arrive at front desk and the kind lady reminded about the parking slot i booked, i showed her the message that i received and she was dumbstruck and just said that her colleague must have made a mistake. 2. On our second day sept 6-7 booking we transferred rooms very easily and everything is nice. We booked the biggest room. Teddy and another kind lady in the front desk was very helpful. We came back at the hotel around 8-830pm so we were asking if there was a restaurant or room service that they can provide. The guy in the front desk didn’t even responded to the bonsoir that i had said. He just said “no english” in a very rude manner like shooing us away, and he said “oooh” with his hand waving to call his colleague. Answering back to bonsoir is the minimum he could have done. 3. Breakfast on sept 7, we went down and to our surprise only one room is open the one with the garden view is close. The room that was open was so full and it feels stuffy inside. People were like forced to eat fast because they can see that people kept on coming but seats were limited. I approached the guy who is cleaning the table and putting covers. He told me no we will not open the other room because there is an event for a group of people, and just 30 secs after one guy opened the other room while us waited in a dirty table waiting to be cleaned, and he did saw me looking at him but i got no reaction at all. Respect and customer service is the most important in this kind of industry. The cleaning lady is more polite and always greets with a smile. Compared to the 2 men that have a direct interaction with hotel guests.
