Die Lage ist gut.
Our check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but the room wasn’t ready when we arrived. One of the staff started cleaning it while we were there, and the whole thing took around ten minutes. After that, there was a really strong smell of cleaning chemicals in the room, which wasn’t very nice.
Also, about the price — on Booking.com it says €52 per night, but then in small letters it adds €3.50 per person per night. That’s very confusing and looks a bit like a scam. The total price should be clearly shown from the start.
Just wanted to let you know so this can be fixed for future guests.

1. The female owner was really friendly
2. The location is very close to the train station just about 5 minutes of time to walk there
3. Room size was okay with basic facilities all in
4. 10 to 15 minutes walk to main attractions
1. You have to walk to the second floor where there is no lift
2. It's close to the main road so it will be a little noisy
3. TV was not functioning
4. Breakfast was just basic

It was close to the trainstation, so it was perfect for us.

Very helpful front desk and hosts. We arrived very late and next day the hostess allowed us to park our car in their carpark around the back whilst we enjoyed the city! Brilliant!
The area is not the prettiest (we had a window facing the Petrol station!) but the windows shut out any noise so was no problem.
