It was very clean and modern.

Comfortable beds, spacious accommodation Quiet off central location, friendly staff We could gather as a family in the dining room for a drink and a card game. Public transportation included in your room fees

10 minutes bus drive to the central square, bus comes every 15 minutes. No elevator to bring up luggage to second/third floor.

Breakfast spread was the highlight of our stay

Not too many, and I'm not a hater. It just happen to be the worst and most expensive accommodation in our 11 days/6 towns (Oradea, Bratislava, Praha, Salzburg, Melk and Szeged) tour. The parking lot are quite small, but quite ok for 10euro. You could park also on the street, for free. Best thing is they help us obtain Guest Mobility Ticket SalzburgerLand, as the bus station is 20m away.

Is good/important to know that in Austria, if you want a room with AC and a fridge, you will get this only from a hotel chain/franchise. Even we know that we was taken by surprise by the dirty toilet bowl when check-in (prefer not to include the photo, but the owner could have-it, by request). Hope the "bio" thing is not referring to that aspect. As we have the room in the attic, the wi-fi quality was poor (unfortunately the mobile data is the same, but not for them to blame). We choose not to have the breakfast at the hotel. I do not get why they have a Dyson air purifier but not a small fridge (where to store the well known Mozartkugel that melt away in this condition). Whatever, as long as other guests are satisfied.
