Вилла расположена очень удобно - 15 минут до Котора или Тивата, 2 минуты до ближайшего пляжа, 10 минут до пляжа на открытом море. Рядом магазины, кафе, рестораны и т.д. Пешком, конечно, будет трудно куда-то дойти, но на машине никаких проблем.
Есть 4 спальных комнаты, у каждой комнаты свой душ и сан. узел.
Большой набор столовых приборов и посуды. На 10 человек легко накрыть на стол.
Отличный вид как утром на рассветы, так и вечером на закаты.

The location is exceptional. Unbeatable view from the deck and immediate access to the sea. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, and the deck is a highlight. The whole property is well thought-out and beautifully designed. It sits on an uncrowded and unspoilt stretch of the Montenegrin coastline, but with local shops and restaurants within easy reach.
