The location.
At checkout we took the luggage down and we left the phone and one backpack in the room. When we returned to get them, one ore two minutes later after 11 (the checkout time) the code at the door wasn’t working. We phoned them from another phone because we thought they deactivated our code and they said to try again because the code is working. But it didn’t. It took us about 37 minutes to find a tehnician on the other side of the building to help us get inside the room to take the backpack and the phone. We almost missed our flight.
