WS Hôtel de Ville - Musée Pompidou

Location. staff are good , allow us to drop off our luggage at noon.

No Air conditioner just fan

The property had a good location and was very clean

The bedding and we’re mediocre

An excellent spot in the center of Paris—food, drinks, and much more in the surrounding area.

Good place to sleep The only complain I have The white sheets shed a lot of lint; otherwise, everything was excellent.

Location was good for access to everything, central Paris etc Kitchenette was handy Beds comfortable enough Plenty of soap and toilet roll etc

Street was full of rubbish and thrown out furniture next to door so not very attractive entrance. We weren’t given all the door codes to get in so had to phone for help. Instructions given didn’t apply to our room as it was in a separate part of the building to other WS rooms - Signage to our room was unclear and it felt like we were going where we weren’t allowed, the passages and stairways were incredibly narrow and there was only one way in up 2 flights and o my one way out - didn’t feel at all safe if there had been a fire. We used the lift once and it got stuck for approximately 3 minutes which doesn’t sound long but was enough to traumatise my daughter.
