Perfect stay, absolutely everything was flawless!We had an amazing time in Edouard's cool apartment. The design is beautiful and the view is absolutely stunning. The location is clean, safe, and very quiet, with a lovely park nearby. Having a private garage was a major plus!Public transport and Uber options are excellent. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a fresh market on Saturday morning.Upon arrival, Edouard welcomed us as a true gentleman, took the time to show us around, and surprised us with welcoming drinks and wine. It couldn't have been better. Highly recommended!

Tres bel appart, lit confortable, maison moderne bien équipée avec une tres jolie terasse. le propriétaire est aux petits soins, il m a bien accueilli.

We love everything about this property. It was very comfortable, beautiful, well equipped and extremely clean. Owner left a bottle of rose wine in the fridge for us as well as a box of chocolate as we were there during the x'mas season. This little gesture was really very nice of him and greatly appreciated. The apartment was warm up at our arrival which was nice as it was quite cold outside by the time we arrived in the evening. We travel a lot for the past 15 years using a lot of booking.com services and honestly this place is one of the best we have had sofar. We love the beautiful balcony with very quiet and beautiful view on the garden. The indoor market right outside the residence was so nice too. There were also a Picard right next to the entrance of the residence as well as a big supermarket at 5mins walk away. It was so convenient as we were there on the 31st December so doing grocery for the countdown dinner was so so easy. We will definitely come back to this place whenever we travel to Paris again.
