The place was great. All the issues raised in previous reviews were handled so the apartment is great. The jigsaw puzzle still exists for getting the key to the apartment. Location is great near the metro, Restaurants are close by and supermarkets.
The 3rd door with a password kept locking us out it’s so frustrating we got locked out for 2 hours on our first day. I hope it can get fixed.

Das Appartement hat zwei Zimmer (Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche) sowie Bad mit grosser Duschkabine und separates WC. Zwei grosse TV. Schlüsselabholung aus der Box im benachbarten Waschsalon hat tadellos funktioniert.
Handtücher, Hygieneartikel alles vorhanden.
Lage war mich sehr gut, nur 5 min vom Veranstaltungsort entfernt. U-Bahn Station ebenfalls in Gehdistanz. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Leider habe ich keine Deutschen Sender auf den TVs gefunden.
Code für Eingangstür war zunächst falsch. Ich habe nach Rückfrage sehr schnell den korrekten Code erhalten. War aber schon eine Schrecksekunde.

The stay itself was good, but unfortunately I have to leave a negative review due to the terrible post-stay communication.
I travelled for work and need an invoice for my company. Before the stay, communication was smooth and everything was handled perfectly. However, after the stay they completely stopped responding.
I have requested an invoice with my company details several times, but they have ignored both me and Booking’s support team. At this point, it has been impossible to obtain a proper invoice or even a basic payment receipt with their fiscal details.
This level of post-service support is unacceptable, especially for business travellers who require proper documentation.

Чисто. Два телевізори, але той що в вітальні заважав ходити.
Є ванна. Є прита, чайник і кавомашина.
Пральної машини немає, але є поруч пральня, звідки починається квест)))
Ну якщо ви любите квести і пригоди, то це житло для вас))
Щоб туди попасти, треба чотири рази ввести паролі і різні коди. Починати треба з пральні поруч, в якій є ключі в коробці з коробками, яка працює тільки до 23:00)) І то, це ще половину кесту пройшов наш друг з Парижа, бо ми не встигали до 23:00 приїхати в пральню, бо він забрав ключі раніше і передав нам. Коли дійшли до дверей житла, то ще проходили троє дверей з замками і кодами, щоб відкрити останні двері, ще чекали на пароль в чаті, який нам до останнього чомусь не присилали раніше, і це було вже після опівночі з двома маленькими дітьми, що дещо змусило понервувати, так як просто дублювали попередні інструкції, без пароля, а потім тільки прислали пароль.
В самій квартирі дуже мало місця. Із стільців випадали болти. При розкладеному дивані неможливо пройти, між стіною і диваном мало місця, а вночі треба було часто проходити, бо з нами були малі діти і вночі їм треба було давати молоко, через що всі ноги були в синцях. В квартирі було прохолодно, через вікна свистів вітер, коли одну ніч були сильні вітри. Вікна були зачинені, просто пропускають, бо не герметичні.
Раковина дуже високо зроблена, при моєму зрості 184см, навіть мені не було зручно нею користуватися. В усьому іншому норм.
