Located in Menton Garavan, we offer you a very spacious and bright apartment which is immaculately presented with new furnitures and tastefully decorated.
The two-bedroom apartment is located in a strategic position, close to all kind of services (train station, chemist’s, newsagent, supermarket, medical office, post office) and main attractions. For instance just after a ten minutes walk above the building along Boulevard de Garavan you will find yourself in a wonderful ancient Olive Park overlooking the sea.
The flat is at the first floor of a luxurious, peaceful and safe building with elevator (built in 2005) which is surrounded by elegant and well-groomed gardens with palm trees and exotic plants. There is a modern infinity swimming-pool available with a sunbathing deck around it.
The apartment, which also has its own private garden, is comprised of two double bedrooms both en suite, one with bath tub and the other one with shower. There is a third guest bathroom in the middle of the apartment. The kitchen is separated from the living room and is fully equipped with large fridge and freezer, microwave, electric oven and cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large living room with two sofa-beds (one normal double size and one French double bed), satellite tv, dining table. On the outside terrace there is another table with comfortable chairs. You will also find DVD player, radio and CD/USB player. We provide all bed linen, towels and beach towels. ( 1 set of bed linens for 2 people per week and 1 set of towels per person per week).
Free parking is available about 100 meters away from the building.
At an additional cost of € 10,00 per day (including the day of arrival) there is the availability of a garage in the building.
(Reservations must be from Saturday to Saturday - The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 8 guests; the rates you see on your selected dates are meant for up to 6 guests; for every additional guest there will be an extra charge of €8,40 per night per person.)

The property was situated up above the port of garavan. It was beautiful with great views. It was very well equipped for a long term stay.
After some confusion contacting the owner for checkin instructions, VRBO telephoned him and made contact with the property manager. All was well after that.
I highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Schöne saubere, geräumige Wohnung. Im Souterrain, wird in Frankreich als erste Etage gerechnet, nach Osten ausgerichtet. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung,nette Küche, nur ein Toaster hat uns gefehlt. Die Duschen sind etwas reparaturbedürftig. Ein Babybett und Hochstuhl wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön zum Aufenthalt und Sonnen ist der kleine Garten. Auch das Parken war kein Problem.

Nous avons séjourné à 5 avec nos 3 enfants. La literie est de bonne qualité, notre fils de 9 ans dormait sur un canapé lit confortable situé dans une alcove de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. La piscine est très agréable. Il faudra impérativement compter sur la place de parking en sous sol car en pleine saison, les places sont difficiles à trouver!
Situé sur les hauteurs de Menton, nous avons toutefois réussi à faire la plupart de nos visites à pied. Il faut compter 25 min à pied pour rejoindre la vieille ville de Menton mais la promenade est agréable, et nous situant à 5 min à pied de la gare "menton garavan", nous avons tout visité en train: Monaco(20min) et Roquebrune Cap Martin(10min) avec une magnifique plage avec son restaurant très agréable à 2 pas de la station de train.
Le petit jardin est très agréable et invite à faire tous nos repas en terrasse bien protégée de la la pluie en cas de mauvais temps.
Il n'ya pas de climatisation mais l'appartement est assez bien isolé et équipé en ventilateurs. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la canicule en dépit de température au delà de 35° certains jours.
Nous recommandons cette location!
