olive trees, with sea view and view onto Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.
Equipment: 28 sqm. terrace with barbecue grill, ping pong table, 2 car-parks,
Internet (PLC), 10m X 5m swimming-pool (private access to the swimming-pool for the
renters between 10 am and 7 pm except exceptional cases).
