Modern, comfortable, clean with a gorgeous heated jacuzzi pool and gym as well as roof terrace. 3mins walk from Menton Guaravan station. Quiet area.
About 30mins to town but we didn’t mind, good exercise by the waterfront

Location, space, clean, good facilities.
Sofa in lounge needs replacing, not at all comfortable and not big enough.
Dishwasher was falling out of the kitchen units, needs securing, shower leaking at bottom of shower screen, bathroom mirror light not working. Generally just needs a little maintenance and would then be 10/10

Location was a little far out of the town but close to the train station
1 towel and 1 pillow per person.
