About this villa rental
Old farmhouse with the typical Tuscan architectural features. Il Poggiarone is a splendid farmhouse with typical Tuscan architectural features, set in an extremely panoramic position and the ideal destination for those who are looking for a holiday which is a mix of art, history and nature. The beautiful villa is near the owner's house and part of a farm which stretches for many hectares in the hills of Montepulciano. Montepulciano and its renowned wines. The surrounding area is not only famous for its production of fine wines such as Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino, but also for the presence of many important towns of historical and noble origins. Montepulciano is only a few kilometers from the house. It is considered the Pearl of the 1500's and with its buildings and churches is the highest expression of Renaissance architecture. The villa suitable for disabled, the external equipped spaces and the pool. All around the villa a nice garden equipped with table and chairs, a children's play area, and a nice fenced swimming pool (6 x 12 m. - depth 1,50 - 1,80 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September). The house has been comfortably furnished with typical Tuscan furniture. Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens) the house is suitable for the accommodation of several family groups who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining their independence.
GROUND FLOOR: large and light sitting room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with showers one suitable for the disabled. FIRST FLOOR: sitting room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, sitting room with kitchenette, bathroom with bath, double bedroom with bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with access via characteristic staircase to typical tower where there is a double bed. The two floors are connected only from outside. EQUIPMENT: freezer, washing machine, satellite TV, oven, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, highchair, moka coffee maker, microwave, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, immersion blender, toaster, children's playground, barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet access, table tennis, hairdryers in all bathrooms.

The villa is spacious with big bedrooms and five good bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and our big family with 8 adults and 6 children had everything we needed for our 14-day stay. There is a big pool beautifully located in a separate part of the garden. The trees and bushes give shadow all through the day so there is no need for umbrellas. The whole property is well cared for by the very friendly owners who live nearby. This is a perfect location for a visit in Toscana, close to many beautiful and interesrinf villages and towns.
