About this house rental
The entire property is rented for exclusive use, and it is located in a panoramic position, with a 360 ° view from the mountains to the valley Lucretili north east of Rome, on top of a hill. Quiet and secluded, in the middle of a farm of 10 hectares planted with olive trees. Large swimming pool, located in a dominant position. Historical House (1800) restored with original materials and according to the dictates of ecological design by architects in 2010. The house consists of two modules; up to 8 guests only one module will be open, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Over 8 guests the second module will be open, with total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

We rented the house with a group of 10 friends. The house was very beautiful, well equiped, with a wonderful view and romantic sunset. Perfect for a proposal! The hosts are very friendly. They communicate smooth, welcomed us warmly and helped us in all possible ways. If you like a nice house and love to chill, this is the perfect place! There are not a lot of main tourist attractions close to Palombara Sabina, so a car is a must have! Be also prepared that the house is quite remote so the wifi and general connection are not the best. We had a great time and had so much fun in the house!

This is a wonderful property, set in an absolutely stunning position with fabulous views. The accomodation is finished to a high standard and the pool and surrounding gardens are a delight. We hope to return!

"Last year we stayed in only part of the property and liked it so much we came back with 5 other couples and rented all the property. There was ample room for everyone without getting in each others way. The property had been improved since our last stay with better gas hobs in the kitchen.Unfortunately the weather was not as good as last year so there was not a lot of sunbathing. However the town of Tivoili only a few miles away provides plenty of history and things to do. Some of party travelled to Rome on the train which is very easy to do. This is a great location to relax and also see the sights of Rome and Tivoli.We hope to come back yet again."
