The All Inclusive was great..all food meals are freshly cooked

The pool close early and opens late, well probably because the weather is not yet that warm

Staff were super friendly. We had a great honeymoon there. Super plus was that they prepared lunch boxes for us as we had to catch an early morning ferry.

The pool is not heated.

The facilities for children - the pool was great and never busy. Maro world is a 2 min walk and had lots to do. Staff were very helpful at the reception.

The food - allergens were not consistently labelled. Staff were unhelpful and dairy/gluten free options were very limited. There was one very kind and helpful staff member named Anel that was able to find me things in the kitchen (schlar cakes, brioche, bread) and he managed to get me plain hot rice once when I asked and another staff member had said no not possible. It was annoying to have to ask and wait every time for soya milk or bread, and my children just ate meat and rice all week. I chose the hotel based on a reference to gluten and dairy free options - I would not stay here if you have allergies. Chefs often said to me “it should be fine” but they couldn’t be certain. The main chef did offer to cook gluten free pasta or pizza but no dairy free options - and of course the waiting times are tricky with young kids. There was no desert my children could have except fruit when they ran out of the schlar cake in the packets. The “all inclusive” was unfortunately wasted on us.
