Hotel is great with nice rooms.
There were too mcuh people during meals and a lot of food was not available. There should be a schedule for breakfast and dinner.

Room was super comfortable and spacious, very clean. Food is amazing and the staff is super kind and flexible. We are coming again definitely

Dinner was very good too.
The indoor pool - either crowded or empty - the hotel should put a SYSTEM in place to control the number of people & kids in the pool / per hour! It was totally unsafe at some points throughout the day. Eg Sign in at reception for an hour etc. Another thing re pool - people were walking with the outside shoes around the pool (no covers used).
Definitely the indoor pool - unsafe at dome points throughout the day. Plus children running to jump into the pool, and diving into it.
The bedsheets were not change at all throughout our stay (5 days).
Another thing was finding a piece of paper (?) in my hot chocolate orderedat the bar, and I still had to pay for it! All you get when you point something out, it's 'we're sorry!'
If you're going for dinner, don't stay next to the 'cooking' area - it's very smokey!!! If you want to enjoy the food.
