We had a great time here overall.
The area is lovely and peaceful, with a beautiful promenade nearby. It’s just a 10–15 minute taxi ride to Dubrovnik’s Old Town.
The sea is amazing — especially if you know the good spots for swimming.
The Croatian people are incredibly kind, attentive, and full of good energy.
Dubrovnik is without a doubt the crown jewel of Croatia.
The host was a bit too intrusive for our taste, but that didn’t spoil our stay.

Mixed experience.
The hotel building is located quite high up, and climbing back 4–6 times a day was exhausting — even for someone who’s pretty athletic.
The room was very basic and felt a bit poor. The kitchenware was in bad condition and overall the place didn’t feel cozy or comfortable — though this might be a subjective impression.
It’s a very minimal, budget-level accommodation.
Buying fresh seafood near the sea turned out to be completely unrealistic — honestly, that felt absurd.
There is parking near the building, but it’s not convenient to use the car once it’s parked.
In short: Dubrovnik — yes, definitely.
Would I return to this place — no.
The rest is up to you to decide.
Unfortunately, the host turned out to be quite rude in the end.
