The hotel was very charming! My fiance and I both loved our stay. The host/receptionist was very helpful. Although the walk from the ferry terminal to the hotel killed us. We had to carry our large luggages (1 each) up the steps from the ferry terminal to the hotel. I dont know if it was listed on the listing but during our checkout, the host/receptionist informed us that we can take the road, which will be farther, but we won’t have to take the stairs/steps. I have included a photo with the road highlighted for future guests so you guys don’t have to struggle like we did😂 Other than that, we had an amazing stay!

K was very attentive and friendly!
The Alberto is in a good location near the info point and away from the horrendous crowds near the lakefront.
Also near BarMaryJo which was a sweet place for breakfast
Extra bed pillows would be nice

We heard Bellagio was a very "active" place. This property was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, but an easy walk to the ferry, shopping and food options. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the lake from our balcony, and the chimes from the nearby Church. Our host and hostess were warm, welcoming and helpful. Great location, great value.
Only the small size of the room and bathroom. But it was cozy and comfortable.

The location is perfect as it's within a couple of minutes, walk to all the shops and restaurants as well as the ferry terminal.
The room, although clean, was very sparse. No amenities were provided such as luggage racks, extra towels, slippers, tissues.
