Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. The hotel is in a superb location and the staff are all very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless with an amazing view and comfortable beds.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel! AMAZING! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The location is perfect... right near the ferry and town. There was nothing about the stay we didn't like.
The pillows were a little flatter than I'm used to, but they were ok.

The location is perfect, breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, the staff were lovely, the hotel was stunning.
The beds were slightly hard and even though we understand the reasoning why, we saw a price list of costs of repairs if anything was broken (chairs/table cloth etc) this make us slightly anxious to sit down or touch anything as we were so worried it would break as it was traditional furniture

Wow wow wow! We upgraded to the lake view room and were on the fourth floor and the views were absolutely amazing! The lovely receptionist Paula was amazing - gave us recommendations for local restaurants and shops to visits. Will definitely return thank you.
