Amazing stay at this B&B! Super clean place, easily accessible by car. Check in was simple, room was safe, and a good size. Super clean bathroom, well equipped.
The breakfast was delicious, included eggs. We were able to walk to Bellagio, even if it was adventurous.

The hotel and room were lovely! We had a little view of Lake Como. Sissi was WONDERFUL! We had opted to take the local bus from Bellagio to our hotel and the bus was always so full we were trapped and I WhatsApp'd Sissi at the hotel who called us a taxi and took care of everything for us! She was Awesome!
I cannot think of anything. Maybe that we were so far from downtown Bellagio, but we loved our room.

Great breakfast, including freshly scrambled eggs and freshly made coffee on request, cold meats and cheese, croissants, yoghurt and fresh fruit. The room was on the smaller side, with a drop down desk and no dedicated bag area, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is on the outskirts of a cluster of homes - the view of the lake is limited, but there is a great view of the mountains, and the location is very quiet.
Access to Bellaggio by bus can be a little tricky - the property is a good 10 minute walk from the main road where the bus runs, and the bus runs infrequently - miss it and you have a long, long wait. Depending on the time, the bus back to the property can be densely packed, and then there is the 10 minute or so walk up a steeply sloping road to get back to the property...

View of the property is astonishing. Our host Sissy is very kind and hospitable with adorable home made breakfast.
