We keep your roof top hot tub always on at 102º, and you'll enjoy the most amazing views in Venice Beach!
One of the few Venice Beach Houses right ON the sand, Casa Karmina is the perfect spot for your Venice Beach stay! Maximize your enjoyment by watching the ocean, surfers and sailboats from so many places in the house. Dine on your covered balcony/lanai or on the lower patio, right next to the sand.
Additional Information: There are numerous fun and easy activities just outside your garden gate. Take the short distance to exciting central Venice, Muscle Beach, street vendors, artisans and performers, or take the short ride to Santa Monica Pier with its famous ferris wheel and arcades. There's even parasailing right out of the marina! And be sure to enjoy the historic Venice Pier: make it your morning or evening fun and even teach your kids to fish just a short block from the house. You can also enjoy the Historic Venice Walk Streets and the Venice Canals (Venice was originally modeled after Venice, Italy) or move along the beach to the colorful 'Venice wall’ and the skate park or south to the Marina jetty and watch the boats come and go. And finally, enjoy dining at the great restaurants right around the corner with your choice of Cuban, Italian, three Mexican restaurants, or simply Starbucks or the local coffee house/deli, 'The Cow's End'!
Amenities : Come in from the beach and use our hot/cold outdoor shower. We have lots of beach toys, 4 bikes, skim boards, and a few boogie boards, etc. all included! In the winter months ride our sled/saucers down the nearby sand dunes (a favorite for the kids!). You may even want to spend a night out on the covered lanai (so you can tell everyone you slept on the beach, under the stars)--there are NO mosquitoes here! All linens, as well as beach towels and blankets are provided.

Stayed here over Christmas with three adults and three kids/teens (11, 13 and 14). - and a small dog.Terrific family property right on the beach - perfect location to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Venice Beach, and dog-friendly too! Great rental experience...would stay again.

This was a great house for our family and my parents, a total of 8 of us!! Plenty of room and loved the location! We can't wait to come back!
