I stayed in this property in September 2025 and visited again now in April 2026 in that time it must’ve had a refit because all the furniture looks new and it is exceptional value for money. The breakfast is also good

The room was excellent, lots of space and well laid out. The bed was very big and lovely and comfortable. Good to have a kettle and tea and coffee available in the room.
The breakfast was adequate.
The property was not that easy to find. We missed the actual sign and had to go all the way round again to get to it.

Convenient location near to A10. Friendly staff. Very impressive breakfast.
Cold room. Bed slid all over the place every time I turned over. Not enough milk in room to make drinks. Car park did not feel safe. Too many dark areas.
