Very nice accommodation nicely situated for seeing the sights. There is parking (for extra fee) on site which was an added convenience. The room was very comfortable.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and catered for all tastes. The hotel is located in the centre of Poitiers and near restaurants.The rooms at the hotel are comfortable.

The welcome we received from Darriane was lovely. She directed us to the parking space as we pulled up at reception and showed us where the facilities were located. We felt very welcome from the outset. All of the staff were very helpful. The lady at breakfast was amazing and very helpful as well. The room was small but perfectly formed & spotlessly clean. We had a really good noughts sleep in a clean comfy big bed. The location was central to bars and restaurant’s. Our pet Dachshund dog was also welcomed, there was a water bowl and food mat in the room. 👍🏼

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The garden is a nice amenity and a good spot for chilling. Very central location. The lounge is spacious.
The room had a faint smell of smoke, it was small and not as clean as I would’ve expected. There were traces of mould on the silicon in the shower and the ceiling. Breakfast was very basic (coffee machine, pastries, bread, fruit) and I would’ve expected more for €13.
