Friendly welcoming staff
Food good surprised no gluten free products.
Bed comfy
Room was very very cold staff put one small radiator on which never really warmed the room
The floor was dirty especially under the wardrobe space lumps of dirty fluff and also under table. No plug in bathroom basin

Super friendly morning shift staff. Night shift staff were friendly the morning shift was better smiling great us with great smile if wasn’t traveling I would stay for view days

No milk for the tea very little toilet paper could not lock the door as lock was broken no smoke alarm only the wiring could not find anyone to help also not very clean
