What can I say, my partner sent me the link for it and I liked the look of it so booked it immediately, the price was very good and when we arrived it was unreal, absolutely amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful, we did not have anything to eat there so cannot comment on it but it the menus looked very good and a few people were having afternoon tea and that looked great. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely will be planning on going back.

The property throughout is immaculate and demonstrates a beautiful blend of art deco and sophistication. The building is really quirky with reception on the 6th floor but its geography explains all as it connects to the quay side and to town on the same level. It’s really impressive plus the architecture is something to enjoy
I can’t find a negative here, it’s a great building, well looked after, enjoyed by the guests and loved by the staff. Sorry to say it’s a great experience

Location was really good and all the staff were so helpful
The noise from the next room was ridiculous, walls must be paper thin, also the room was really small
