Huge, comfy bed, nice big windows, cool temp, very clean, quiet, lovely atmosphere in lounge and restaurant. Nice staff at front desk. Breakfast was well above the standard in some hotels, a bit of care and attention to keeping everything moist, thus avoiding drying out, in particular the scrambled egg, bacon and mushrooms, were very good.
Door on shower didn’t close properly, dispenser in shower did not work. View from room a bit rubbish .

Room was clean and modern. Liked the fridge and kettle. Shower was good. Breakfast was tasty. Bed was comfortable.
Some queues at the coffee machine at beakfast. Bar drinks were expensive.

Fantastic location both from the station and to the bars and of course the quayside (where there is a lovely market on a Sunday). The hotel rooms are also lovely and modern with views of the quayside.
Our room wasn’t cleaned all day and then house keeping came at 5pm when we wanted to get ready to go back out. The pillows are horrific but did manage to get reception to provide us better pillows (6 hours after asking). Breakfast was good but we weren’t offered the extras like poached eggs, porridge etc that some other tables were offered.

The room is amazing, large windows on all sides, so bright and it has great view of the river and the bridges. It’s also modern, clean and very comfortable. It offered our dog a nice bed, a cute toy and some high quality treats. The breakfast is also very nice, with a great variety and fresh. Such great value. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if we are in Newcastle.
