About this villa rental
Recently refurbished Villa surrounded by 33 olive trees with a large 12 metre heated pool in a beautiful garden. Away from the hustle of the coast, but 20 minutes from both Nice airport and St Paul de Vence. Great views of the mountain village of St Jeannet and the Baous beyond. You can play boule, table tennis and football in the adjoining field, or simply sit, read, eat and drink. The property is quiet but you can walk to the bread shop, small supermarket and auberge. The coast is 20 minutes away to St Laurent du Var or 30 minutes to the outskirts of Antibes.

A beautiful property, well looked after and maintained. Everything at the property we could want for a 2 week stay. Well located within a 10 minute walk of a supermarket, bakery and butcher, so no need to drive if you dont want too.
The communication before, during and after were great.
We cant wait to go back.

We had a relaxing stay at this house. We loved the wonderful garden with a lot of olive trees and the swimmingpool. In 20 minutes you are in Nice and also places like Cannes are not that far.
