Built in the 1970s, it was among the first homes in this sought-after area near the legendary village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Its elevated position offers breathtaking panoramic views of the medieval town, the surrounding hills, and the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa spans three levels, offering generous space and comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright veranda, and two bedrooms: each with a double bed (160×200) featuring a private bathroom with shower and WC. A charming mezzanine library overlooks the living area, providing a perfect spot to unwind with a book or simply relax. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms open onto private balconies; each is furnished with a double bed (160×200) and comes with its own bathroom, making the villa ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a balance of privacy and shared moments.
Step outside to enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the large private garden. Dine outdoors on the shaded terrace, relax on the lawn under the tall fir trees, or savor a barbecue with spectacular views.
