About this house rental
The villa is part of a building complex of the eleventh century, adjoining the rectory of the Church of Pievecchia, historic site in the hills of Pontefract and the former residence of the Medici family of Florence. Beautifully restored, the structure consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with the option of a further double bedroom. The bathrooms are three and respectively with shower and tub. Large dining room, kitchen and living room light. Private outdoor courtyard and pool usage. A contact person is always available and present in the structure for every need and ready to give advice and suggestions to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We also offer the possibility to rent private motor vehicle 7 persons with driver for visits to the Tuscan cities. We prepare to order lunches and dinners with typical Tuscan menu and excellent wine from the nearby cellars. A contact person is always present in the vicinity to every need of the guests.
** We inform our guests that the hotel is equipped with a heating with pellet stove. In the period from 1/11 to 30/04, the heating is switched on at a cost of around € 10,00 per day to be paid directly to the property in cash. The management of the stove pellet (cleaning and program settings) are the responsibility of the owner.**

We had a superb week. The house is great, beautifully renovated and even better than the pictures. Location is very quiet and relaxing, with a nice view. Swimming pool was great.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour la famille est très accueillante et à l’écoute.
La maison est magnifique et est situé dans un cadre idéal.
Les chiens sont également adorables.

La location est parfaite pour deux familles,espace et tout confort. Nous en avons profité en septembre 2016, une très belle période pour y aller. La piscine avec vue sur les montagnes magique.Nous avons suivi les conseils du propriétaire pour la visite de Florence: nous avons pris le train tous les jours pour arriver direct au centre ville de Florence, cela nous a évité la fatigue de route et de recherche de parking. La gare est très accessible, le billet de train pas très cher. Propriétaires très gentils et serviables! Nous aurions bien voulu rester un peu plus.
