Authentiek toscaanse wijnboerderij met verschillende appartementen. Moeder is wijnmeester, dochter runt agriturismo. Mooie lokatie., boven op berg. Ruimte genoeg. Parkeergelegenheidprima. Wijnmeester geeft leuke en leerzame proeverij/rondleiding, ook door wijngaard. Tot zover prima, maar dan: huis echt niet schoon: we troffen nog gekookte pasta aan in een van de pannen. Toiletten waren vies, zijn ze volgende dag nog komen poetsen, nou ja: insprayen. Douche verschrikkelijk slecht. De veiligheidhandvaten los in de muur en een avond geen water, maar alle andere avonden enorm zwak straaltje. Dat kan echt niet. Bedden waren oke maar op slaapkamer boven loopt de vloer scheef af zodat je in bed steeds bergop ligt. Al met al veel te duur voor wat je daadwerkelijk krijgt. Pluspunt: prachtige wijnen, maar ook duur.

Het was even wennen. De locatie is oud, maar al snel ga je de charme ervan zien. Het ligt mooi, het zwembad is goed en het uitzicht fraai. De omgeving vonden wij minder. Het echte Toscane gevoel heb je hier in mindere mate.

Wij zijn 10 dagen met ons gezin (2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen 13 - 19 jaar) in Fattoria di Bacchereto geweest. Als je van een authentieke 17e eeuwse wijnboerderij houdt, dan moet je hier zijn. Wij hadden een zeer sfeervol appartement met hoekjes, gaatjes, trappjes, allemaal zo origineel mogelijk gelaten door de eigenaar. Aankomst was erg leuk, behelpen met Italiaans wat we niet spreken, maar de nestor van de boerderij, Alberto, deed zo zijn best om ons welkom te laten voelen, dat onze kinderen acuut een zwak voor hem hadden! Het huisje was prima in orde, alle noodzakelijke dingen aanwezig, maar niet overdreven luxe. We hebben een ontzettend leuke tijd gehad en de eigenares (en dochter) hebben alles gedaan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Aanrader is om de wijnproeverij te doen. Deze wijnboerderij produceert zijn eigen wijn, en je kunt worden rondgeleid in de kelders waar de wijnen liggen te rijpen. Ook produceren en verkopen ze hun eigen olijfolie. Superleuk om te proeven! Producten zijn niet goedkoop, maar van een heel goede kwaliteit.

Geweldige locatie op een wijnboerderij. De vakantiewoning zelf was zeer ruim en erg sfeervol en van vrijwel alle gemakken voorzien, hoewel een airco of ventilator het zouden afmaken. Aan de andere kant, het is hier zo rustig dat we 's nachts altijd de ramen open hadden, van muggen nauwelijks last gehad. Zwembad niet groot maar prima, ook omdat er niet veel andere gasten zijn. Vriendelijke eigenaren erg genoten van de wijnproeverij die ze organiseerden. Florence is 45 minuten met de auto, Pisa en Lucca een uur, het strand en kwartier verder. Absoluut een aanrader.
