Location
Kitchen floor was not clean. The initial assessment of the property was not good. After realizing the house was being prepared for painting the exterior I understand.

Comfortable , spacious and unique beach home. my favorite spot was the hot tub! Loved all the beautiful watercolor paintings - like being in a gallery.
Would have been very helpful to have all the codes and house info on ONE PDF document - versus having to retrieve bits of info from various emails.

It was a beautiful property - terrific view just above the beach - modern house with updated appliances and QUIET !
Everything we hoped for and we spent luxurious hot tub time watching the sun downs. We'll be back !
