Within the Monti Azzurri Mountain Community, in the Macerata mountain area of the Marche region between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains National Park, the "Old House" is a meticulously renovated property.
The apartment, perched on a hill at 650 meters above sea level, overlooks a breathtaking panorama and is immersed in an area rich in history, culture, and natural beauty. It is 1 km from the charming village of Penna San Giovanni. Guests can enjoy hiking or mountain biking along various trails.
It is an excellent starting point for a trip to the seaside or the mountains, both reachable within half an hour.
The 100 sq m villa apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living area with kitchen/dining/living room, and 1 storage room.
Access is via the private panoramic terrace, equipped with a table, benches, chairs, umbrella, and barbecue.
Furnished with high-quality furniture and accessories and fully equipped, guests can enjoy complete independence as if they were at home.
The following amenities are available: digital terrestrial/satellite TV, portable stereo, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, fans, electric oven, refrigerator, toaster, espresso machine, various detergents, all kinds of dishes, ironing board and iron, drying rack, dishwasher, washing machine, mosquito nets, and tourist information/itineraries.
In addition to the amenities listed above, you will also have access to: complete kitchen, bathroom, and bed linens (including weekly change), and everything needed for housekeeping. This means that meals and housekeeping are not provided during your stay.
Outside: fully furnished park with swimming pool, garden, park, parking, tables, benches, barbecue, and outdoor lighting. Everything on our property is for the exclusive use of the two apartments in the Villa.
Bicycles are available for rent 10 km from the property.

- Gas heating, when necessary and upon request, calculated on a consumption basis.

Warme ontvangst door eigenaresse. Verse producten, fruit. brood en wijn stonden al klaar. Het huis is compleet ingericht en de vaatwastabletten ook inclusief. Overal is aangedacht. Het huis is koel en heeft veel kastruimte. Geen muggen ! We hebben een heerlijk vakantie gehad en genoten van alles!

Das Objekt entsprach in allen Punkten der Ausschreibung. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses und die Aussicht von den Sitzplätzen und vom Pool aus ist atemberaubend und eine Wohltat für alle Sinne. Die Vermieterin Claudia ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns mit einem Willkommensvesper und Wein einen tollen Empfang bereitet, tolle Tipps gegeben und bei Fragen immer gut beraten. Meine Frau und ich werden sicher wiederkommen und und wir freuen uns jetzt schon darauf.

Prachtige locatie en ligging. De woning ligt op 30 minuten rijden van diverse stranden. In de omgeving van het appartement liggen meerdere mooie dorpjes. Hele vriendelijke eigenaresse

This is one of the best places we have rented. The house has two apartments, so if you go as two families you have it all for yourself. The area is incredibly beautiful with plenty of small hilltop towns to visit nearby...and Agriturismo restaurants with amazing food. 40 minutes drive to the sea, a lake and mountains nearby. The house is wonderful and bears traces of the fact that its owner, Claudia, is a home designer. It stays cool even if hot outside and it recently renovated (including for earthquake safety). Highly recommended.
