About this farm stay rental
The house is located in the quiet Marche countryside near the "Grazie Lake" in Tolentino (Macerata) and is therefore an excellent place to spend relaxing days.
The apartment is composed of a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a private porch for outdoor dining.
The swimming pool with a panoramic view of Lake and the Sibillini Mountains is located 100 meters from the apartment.
Car parking and WiFi is free.
In our Agriturismo there are five apartments in two distinct structures. In the structure near the pool there is a two-room apartment ("La Ginestra") and two one-bedroom apartments ("La Rosa" and "La Lavanda").
In the structure that is located about 100 meters from the pool area and from the garden there are two apartments with two bedrooms ("La Betulla" and "La Quercia").
All apartments are very comfortable because they are on the ground floor, have the porch and the private parking near the entrance and have been renovated recently
The house is located near the "Tolentino Sud" exit of "SS 77" motorway and it is therefore an ideal starting point to reach the major points of interest of the Province of Macerata.
For example with a 30 minute by car you can reach the coast with its beautiful beaches, or with the same time you can visit historic villages or hidden places of the Sibillini Mountains.

Very supportive and kind landlord, fantastic location, small but sufficient 2 bedroom appartment with own and separate terrace (not in main building, downstairs). A lot of fantastic opportunities in area for local food dining. We enjoyed each evening in our two weeks holiday in another really good restaurant, absolutely recommendable for food lovers!!
