Located in the historic village of Tolentino, "Casa degli Ulivi" holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. Set within a farm, the property is spread over two floors connected by a wooden spiral staircase. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine. A baby cot is available on request.
The private outdoor area boasts a pool (open June to September, weather permitting), a hot tub, a large garden, garden furniture, a covered terrace, and a barbecue. The highlight is the private pool with panoramic views of the village. You can enjoy meals in the dedicated barbecue area. Surrounded by nature, pets are welcome and can play in the spacious garden, where there is also a dedicated pool for them to cool off in summer. This cottage-style country house is ideal for those seeking peace and authenticity.
The Sibillini Mountains National Park, with lakes and hiking trails, is just 20 minutes away by car or train. In the town center, you’ll find shops, bars, a shopping mall, cinema, theatre, public pool, and a spa. The sea is 30 minutes away, and Lake delle Grazie is only 10 minutes from the property. A riding stable is also nearby for horse lovers.
