I give this unit a 10 out of 10 only for one reason it has the best location and parking in Kona , walking distance to everything around this adorable little town where parking is hard to find. Great coffee house next door . The unit itself is old but clean it needs a major upgrade , the beds are comfy and new A/C units in the bedroom that work great .. the bathroom needs a new toilet , that one is from years ago and sit very low everyone is using highboy toilets today it’s easier for older folks to get up after sitting down ..if my mother was traveling with me I would have to help her get up…needs replaced

Nice layout in condo and beautiful clean swimming pool. It was great having a kitchen.

The location was the very best thing about the condo! It was well within walking distance of the Ali'i Drive area along the bay, and also grocery and drug stores in shopping centers across Palani Rd and beside the condo itself. Restaurants were also plentiful in the area. Actually one could stay here without a car if their main focus was the immediate area and Ali'i Drive. The place was clean and made-up on arrival, stocked well, and you could not beat having a reserved parking space right in front of the unit. The residents around us were quiet, and the window A/Cs in the bedroom kept us cool at night. Enjoyed playing cards on the enclosed lanai in the evenings.
We thought based on the property description that there was a washing machine inside the unit. Turns out that you have to pay to use the complex laundromat, so we waited until our next rental which did have washer & dryer in the house. Perhaps the owner could make this clearer in the amenities description.

Good location. Community pool was nice.
Beetle (or cockroach?) infestation in kitchen cabinets and toilet. Noisy beds and thin walls. Didn't sleep well.
