The location was exactly what we needed. The place was clean and enjoyed the outdoor space and table.
I would have appreciated a coffe pot and there was no microwave.

No breakfast was offered, but that was fine. There was a kitchen.
The living room fan and light did not work. The bedrooms air conditioning units were not closed in properly, so it wasn't as cool as it could have been, and noises from outside could be heard. The blinds in both bedrooms did not fully work, either.

Location for town was great, all worked well, very good value for the price, worked well for us for the Canoe Racing
no air conditioning, but was livable as there was a good cross breese. Being in Kona town with on a holiday weekend, of course it was noisy . but I would stay again

Ocean view exaggerated, dumpster view more like it. Microwave missing.
