location was superb, gorgeous water views and sunsets. easy to access the shops and restaurants. elite rep, Liam, was great.
had to call maintenance twice due to plumbing problems. no security at lobby on our arrival due to broken door.

I loved the view from the balcony: we were able to see a pod of spinner dolphins & turtles swimming while having breakfast!
It was nice having a washer/dryer in the condo.
The cold water faucet in the bathtub came off & we weren’t able to use that shower from Friday-Monday. we had only 1 useable shower for 4 adults.
The condo only provided 1 additional toilet paper roll for each bathroom, 1 partially used paper towel. when asked for more, we were told they don’t supply additional for a 9 night stay.
No AC, on top of that, the dryer vented into the bedroom! made the room extremely hot when dryer was in use.

Location was excellent. Right in the heart of Kona on Alii drive. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Free public shuttle on the main road which you could catch to take you to the less touristy shopping centre area. Fabulous views from the apartment of the ocean. Quieter round the back of the apartments where you can relax in the wonderful swimming pool. Lovely clean apartment, plenty of space good facilities.
If you want to sit on the balcony and relax then this probably isn't the right apartment. You can hear the crashing of the waves but also the traffic. This is a very busy road as Alii drive is where all the restaurants and bars are. We loved the vibe though so was not a problem for us.
