It was very clean, location perfect. Description of the rooms on the website a bit misleading. We worked it out however. Breakfast was great and the staff friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good stay.
The room was very cold and temperature didn't adjust. Had to keep asking for blankets to try to compensate. Had super noisy teens converge on the hotel, clearly a sports group or similar. They screamed in the halls after 10 pm. Stomping on the floor late at night as if dancing. Even our littles complained. I asked them to please stop screaming which clearly was a mistake because they not only kept it up but then slammed doors as well. Not very considerate of other guests.

I loved that instantly when you walk into the foyer it felt luxurious and smelled nicely. The staff also welcomed you in with a smile.
I like soft beds, this was a little firmer that I liked but still doable. The street noise I also heard at night if your a light sleeper. But the noise of the ac was consistent and that helped mask that.

The hotel is just a couple of blocks' walk from Disneyland, and there's a 24/7 CVS nearby, which makes your stay very convenient. The receptionists are very friendly, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the breakfast area is well-organized, with separate sections that prevent overcrowding. It's also close to several restaurants.
Everything related to the hotel was perfect, except for the day we were leaving. We were waiting for our Uber, and when our driver arrived, he didn't park very well. The hotel security guard went from bad to worse, losing his patience with our Uber driver and began to belittle him, insulting him and making rude gestures. I felt that everything was perfect until this incident marred our stay. He could have simply explained to him nicely how to park in the designated spot, which wasn't even that big of a deal; he just didn't pull up close enough to the curb. Even so, it took us less than 3 minutes to get into the car. We were so quick because we only had two large suitcases, and those 3 minutes were enough for the guard to emotionally unload on the Uber driver. The guard was just starting his shift, so it's unlikely he was tired. He's simply a person who doesn't control his emotions or knows when to be polite. I believe that when you ask for things nicely and respectfully, everything is easier, and you have a better day. PS: It was January 1st, the 3 PM shift.
