Convenient location, big rooms
2 of the 4 elevators were not working the entire time we were there. We had to wait a long time for an elevator, and people on the lower floors sometimes had to wait for another elevator because the ones we were on were full. Housekeeping with carts and Families with strollers took up a lot of room. I saw 2 guys looking at one of the broken elevators one day but they never came back.

Location was good.
Tubs and bathrooms are older. Also 2 elevators were broken so we wait ones 15-20 minutes for elevators multiple times a day. Honestly over 60 minutes a day waiting for elevators is horrible especially with a wife and 4 kids. Thinking about it now I get frustrated again a the staff refusing to let us use the stairs or take 10 minutes to get staff to open the stairs. It just sucked and made the stay not pleasant or want us to come back to this Hyatt without something to show some gratitude. I spend almost 3k on a room to 5 days so it wasn’t cheap and of my wife and kids saying they don’t want to come back to this hotel only because of that

The location was great. Walking distance to Disneyland and restaurants at garden walk. The pool area was nice and kept clean.
This hotel is extremely noisy. We were woken up each morning at crazy hours by footsteps, rolling luggage and slamming doors from rooms above and around us. Our tv did not work, we notified staff on our first day of 6 there and they did not fix it. Housekeeping would come every other day (which is fine) but only change trash bags and towels, the floors were filthy after a few days. Front desk staff were rude, unhelpful and just seemed to not care. Overall it wasn’t worth the money.
