Access in and out was fantastic; the front desk staff was amazing; the hotel was very clean and well organized.
Because there were so many people in the hotel at once, the elevator wait was very long. One of the elevators was out of use during my 3 day stay. If the unit was working properly, I think this would have made the experience better from a wait time perspective.

Elevator wait times made it difficult to get to scheduled events.
