I had a great experience staying here. The facility was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The checkin process was fast and efficient, which made the arrival stress free. The bed was extremely comfortable and made a big difference in the quality of my stay.
What I liked the most was the window blackout blinds they completely blocked out the light, which made it easy to rest and sleep without any disturbances.
However, there were a couple of downsides. The ceiling seemed quite thin, and I could hear every step from the room above, which was a bit distracting. Also, the parking wasn’t very close, which made it a little inconvenient.

The person who checked us in was very understanding of our stressful situation and of having flight delays and luggage problems. At the same time, we were attending attending a funeral for my mom. They gave us a complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated.
We could hear some footsteps above us.

Location. The outdoor patio!
Lobby carpet had food on it. The staff frequently did not have answers for our inquiries (check out time!, etc). Staff did not ask a customer to stop their dog from whining or barking for 3 straight nights!!!!

The location is convenient, all the rooms are spacious and it looked like it was going to be really nice.
It severely lacks attention to detail and does not appear that it is properly managed. Upon arrival, I was placed in a room with a loud sand gun being used in the hallway that went on till 8pm. Upon entering my room, I took off my shoes and stepped out of the foyer onto the carpet. My socks got soaked as the carpet was wet all around the coffee machine. I headed to the restaurant to get away from the loud noise and they were out of 2 of 3 red wines as well as several beers and spirits.
