The staff were extremely professional and super friendly, and they did their best to accommodate all of our reasonable requests.
The conditioner could be improved a bit for a smoother experience. We also noticed the elevator seemed a little inconsistent at times, though thankfully the stairs were easily accessible and convenient to use.
