About this house rental
Large NE Los Angeles Home w/ Views of DTLA: This home accommodates up to 8 guests and features 2 fully equipped kitchens, making it ideal for large groups or multiple families, each with their own entrance. With ample comfortable living areas, a large backyard with a 4-hole putting green, and a full-sized bonfire, this home provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience with amazing views and just minutes from Dodger Stadium, Crypto Arena, and the Convention Center.
Guests have full access to the upstairs and downstairs units and the backyard, providing you with privacy and exclusivity.
There are several important things to note before booking:
PET FRIENDLY, there is a Cleaning Pet Fee of $100 per stay. Max 2 pets per stay.
NO PARTIES are allowed on the property.
Please respect our neighbors and keep your noise at a reasonable level. Quiet hours are form 10PM-8AM, during this time there is absolutely no noise allowed on the outside of the house.
If there is party discovered you will be a subject to a $500 fine.
NO SMOKING.
We have a strict NO smoking or vaping allowed inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $450 penalty. You CAN smoke outside in the backyard.
PRIVACY & SECURITY. The house is quiet and secure, with a tall gate, digital locks, tall trees and tall wood fencing to ensure privacy.
Additional Amenities Available Upon Request:
• Tesla Charger: $25 per day
• Firewood: $20 per bag (about 5-6 logs per bag)

Only note is the home is a Duplex which I did not catch if mentioned anywhere, which did not hinder our enjoyment of the house. The house itself was very cozy and had everything we needed. The host is amazing and responsed very quickly to any questions that we had and was very attentive our entire trip.

We went to 3 Dodger games, and this location was perfect. The view of downtown LA was proof there are hills in LA.
