Close to where we wanted to stay and room was clean
On sun facing side gets hot. Even with blinds closed, and A/C going is was still very very warm in room.

The location is nice as beach and down town is in walking distance.
Also the roof top bar is (especially when you have a table outside with view to the harbor) a nice place to be.
For a hotel charging such high rates the breakfast is not what you should get for your money. If you have a breakfast voucher, you get one drink (juice, coffee or tea) and one sandwich for free. Okay if you choose regular coffee you get your cup refilled, but if you want juice and coffee you pay.
