Location.
The breakfast was OK, but a la carte, meaning that if the portion provided is not enough for you, you have to pay extra. I didn't like the hair in the tub and on the bed.

Great location for walking everywhere in Vancouver, nice views over the city, decent size room
Staff very pushy and rushed, one of the male cleaners was sleezy when in the elevator alone with me, the bathroom layout is terrible with door opening almost onto the toilet seat while the toilet roll holder is a good 90cm away from the toilet, the rooms and overall feel is quite dated (I believe they are in the process of renovating though), noise travels quite easily

Staff members were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and location was excellent. Breakfast was also amazing!
The property is slightly aged. The fan made a lot of noise throughout the night and day when we had the heat turned on. Otherwise it’s a very nice property.

The concierge mr k was a great for arranging shuttles, recommending places to go and places to avoid. The hotel was close to Granville market and i spent a lot of time there. When the restaurant was open again the breakfast was delit
Well restaurant was closed for the firs few days so we went out for breakfast. Second day the hotel had maintenance and the power was cut for s while. Then next day maintenance shut down the water for a while.
