Room was very well laid out with lots of space. Very clean.
Front staff was unsure of my room payment. Front staff did not register my parking fee. Front staff did look after my parking ticket.

Location, quiet room, bed comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful and exceptional with storing luggage and assistance with booking transport to airport.
Fridge in room didn’t work/turn on. If staff can point out restaurants within hotel that would’ve been very helpful. Upon checkout my credit card hold wasn’t removed correctly and email attempts to notify indicated it would be rectified. It wasn’t and my bank informed me of 1 month hold expiry.
